    Operational emissions (scope 1 and scope 2) decreased 21% in 2021 compared to the previous year. This means we have already achieved 32% of our climate target of 80% reduction by 2030.

    The downstream emissions of our products increased by 19% between 2020 and 2021. Accordingly, we must focus even more on the energy efficiency of our machines and lines in the future.

    In our supply chain, we produced six percent less greenhouse gas emissions in 2021 than in the previous year.

    Water consumption increased across the Group compared to the previous year, as did the tonnage of hazardous waste.

    The percentage of women in management positions shows a slightly positive trend, while the percentage of female employees stagnates overall.

    Both the occupational accident and absenteeism rates have decreased in 2021 compared to the previous year.
