Efficiently managing and completing daily tasks
As a line-operating company, you can use tasks to simplify the organisation, prioritisation, management and documentation of all pending tasks and arrange them with transparency. Information regarding downtimes or a lack of raw materials and supplies are detected by the system and measures are directly derived. Tasks automatically generates all tasks and informs the employee in charge – thus helping to guard against machine downtimes and even prevent them.

How Tasks works – at a glance

1. Triggering event- Machine downtime
- The machine status switches to “fault”
- Creation of a whitelist: faults (or the corresponding message) are marked as relevant by default.
- Lack of raw materials
- Machine message on the touch-screen
- Blacklist: Messages not related to a fault are marked as irrelevant by default.
The machine transmits this message directly to Tasks.

2. Automatic generation of the job in Tasks- Assignment to the correct employee: manually or automatically

- The availability of employees is displayed: log-in/out at the start and end of shifts
